Careersona shows the 60 work activities of the O*NET® Interest Profiler Short Form mixed in with 20 personality statements from the public-domain IPIP and our own questions about work settings, your situation and your goals. We score each activity from 0 (strongly dislike) to 4 (strongly like), which gives 0-40 per interest area, and we rank occupations by combining your interest scores with O*NET occupational interest profiles, Job Zones, Work Styles and Work Context ratings, limited to the training you said you're open to. The written parts of the paid report are drafted by an AI model from your answers and checked by software, not by a person.
