We want your report to be useful. If it isn't, you get your money back.

30-day refund: write to support@careersona.com within 30 days of your order with your order number and we refund you in full, no questions asked. One refund per person.

If something fails on our side and your report isn't delivered, we refund you automatically.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5-10 business days.
